About your early-access request.

LongVid Studio stores the email address you submit, your optional YouTube channel link and production notes, the submission date and the version of this notice you accepted. If you sign in and request studio access, your ChatGPT identity is attached to the request so the studio operator can approve that account.

How the information is used

The studio operator uses your request to review early access and contact you about it. Submitting does not create a paid subscription or add you to a general marketing mailing list. Requests are stored in the website’s Cloudflare database and are visible only to the operator. They are not published on the site.

Keeping and removing requests

Pending requests older than 90 days are removed during routine registration and operator-review cleanup. Approved account records remain while access is active. If you registered through the form, an essential cookie lets you remove that registration from the same browser using “Remove my early-access request” below the form. The cookie expires after 90 days. After linking your sign-in identity, the cookie no longer controls that request; use “Remove my pending request” on your studio access-status page instead. Removing a registration record does not delete an approved studio workspace.

Sign-in and service providers

Studio sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. The public request form does not need a ChatGPT account. Approved studio users connect their own AI providers; requests they submit from the studio are processed by those selected providers. Request notes from this form are not sent to an AI model.

YouTube channel analytics

Connecting Google grants read-only access to the YouTube channel you select and its analytics. LongVid stores encrypted connection tokens, public video snapshots and imported or connected performance reports in your private channel workspace. It uses these reports to show comparisons and suggest creative experiments. When you generate with channel context enabled, relevant observations and approved guidance can be sent to your selected AI provider as part of the brief. Example data never enters that brief.

Refreshable analytics snapshots are excluded after 30 days and removed during analytics access or scheduled maintenance. User-written notes and approved creative guidance remain editable in your workspace. Disconnect YouTube in Analytics → Setup to remove the saved Google connection and private performance reports. You can also revoke access through Google account permissions. Public competitor reports remain until removed or expired. LongVid does not use these reports to train a general-purpose AI model.

Contact messages

The contact form stores your email, message and submission date privately for the operator. It does not grant access, subscribe you to marketing or send automated email. Messages older than 90 days are removed when the contact service or inbox is accessed. An essential 90-day cookie lets you remove your latest message from the same browser on the contact page. Earlier messages can be removed by the operator. Do not include credentials or private scripts in messages.

Website measurement

The site prepares local browser events for access-button clicks and completed requests. No external analytics collector is connected. These events contain a page path and a fixed placement label, never your email, message or script.

Abuse prevention

The form uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated requests. It does not store the original IP address in the registration table. LongVid does not add advertising or marketing tracking to this form.
